UPDATE: After nearly five months of heavy daily work use, everything stated below in original review still stands. Not a single problem. Best iPad of previous three I’ve owned. 5 stars.Have put this renewed Apple 12.9-inch 3rd gen. 64GB space grey iPad Pro through the trenches, and happy to report everything is excellent. iPad arrived 1 week ago, well packaged in generic box. A generic 5W black charger was included, as noted in other reviews. Based on reviews, I separately purchased a variable-wattage USB-C 18W fast charger with over-charge protection, but that is probably not necessary for everyone, because the included charger works fine (just much slower).The device looks brand new, with no evidence of prior use. The device came with a 66% charge, which was plenty for initial setup. I used the device until the charge was completely depleted, and then I recharged to a full 100%. Restoring previous iPad backup through iCloud to new device was fast and problem-free. I tested all areas of the screen for touch sensitivity. I connected and manually disconnected several times from wifi fine. I downloaded latest iOS and installed fine. I contacted AppleCare, which provided a web address to enter a serial number to check for any remaining AppleCare coverage. It had expired, as expected with a refurbished device. I tested the device’s charging capability with the Apple Pencil (sold separately) and have used the iPad for 6-10 hours daily for several weeks without any glitches.Everything is in perfect working order and appears brand new. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend TechTribe Renewed products based on this one experience. Although a few report problems here, many customers who are happy with their purchase don’t bother writing reviews, so negative experiences can seem more prevalent. TechTribe 90-day refund policy greatly helped in making the decision to take a chance on a refurbished device.Five stars all around from a very picky first-time TechTribe Renewed customer who requires a reliable, stable device for work.

I received four iPads for my string quartet business not knowing who I was dealing with. Unfortunately, one of the iPads had issues with the screen and suddenly I was unable to use it. I took it to my local IT guru who I had to pay for his time to access the damaged iPad. Moe at Cybertek was AMAZING with sending me a label to return the iPad, covered my IT expenses, and sent another iPad out as soon as he had one that equaled the one returned. Moe has been amazing. And being that his business is a “mom & pop shop”, he really does care about you. I will refer Moe and Cybertek for a very long time, and I feel like I now have a friend in the business. Thank you so much Moe!!!! Five stars?? No…..100 stars. YOU ROCK MOE!!!

Was happy till i realized a side of the ipad has no touch feedback. i understand the device is refurbished, but still a little disappointed. you would assume that a refurbished item would have been fixed if its issue.

This iPad was bought refurbished after my other iPad Pro died. I have this one and a iPad 5th generation and it took a little bit of getting used to the ginormous screen size, but I love it!
It came basically brand new looking and had barely any noticeable cosmetic damage. Charges normally, and the battery life is phenomenal for watching videos/movies/music.
I definitely felt like I got this at a great deal for its condition.
