Well this was a Excellent Condition listing. Yet when I received it, there were a ton of scratches on the border on the iPad. I feel this should have been listed as GOOD not EXCELLENT. Also, the battery life is Horrible, I played a game for 10 minutes and it went from 100% to 90% that is not good.

iPad was in good shape but the battery should have been replaced before selling. Along with setting it back to factory and not still active

I returned it. It could be that I am a PC and Android user, ignorant of iPads. It could be that the iPad I got to do Facetime with relatives was defective. It could be that finding a manual for a 2016 model seems impossible. It could be that the iPad only came with a charging cable–no other cable for transferring data from an Android cell phone and/or a user manual. It could be all of these factors, but I hacked and tried before returning it.

This thing goes from 100% to 0% in 2 hours of idle
