The ipad arrived with a screen protector installed to conceal scratches. Apart from this, it is in excellent condition, with no visible scratches or chips on the body. I would definitely purchase it again.

This is my first time buying a refurbished electronic device. It came with a customer service number for issues with the device, and I called twice left messages and it has now been 6 months and still no call back lol. The battery seemed weak to begin with, that should have been my cue to return, but I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Now 6 months later it goes dead after 1 hour of use. Not happy, will buy new.
