I have never bought a refurbished electronic device before and was weary of some potential issues. However, I have experienced none so far.
I ordered: iPad Pro 6th gen 12.9” 256GB Model # A2436 Silver wi-fi only
– product arrived promptly (in fact, one day early. iPad was delivered via FedEx – expect to sign for delivery)
– product matches listing description (correct model, size, color & gen iPad)
– product was listed to be in excellent condition & was found to be true upon inspection (no dents, scratches, cracks, etc. externally – see photos)
– powered on without problem & had battery charge
– was able to complete set up & log into my Apple account without issue (note: I specifically bought wi-fi only model & some people have had issues with wi-fi/cellular models)
– third party charging block & cord included. Be advised that using third party charging block and/or cord may not be sufficient to charge newer iPads. I used the charger provided and after charging over 3 hrs power increased only 45%. I am not deducting stars since this review is for the iPad itself & the charger being included is more of a courtesy.
This was definitely the best price for this particular iPad being only one gen behind the most current iPad. As long as there is no performance or hardware issues in the upcoming months, this is an excellent purchase & I am very happy with it.

iPad Pro 12.9″ 512GB Silver 6th Generation (Renewed) Excellent condition)
The iPad came in no time from Las Vegas up to Kenai Peninsula Alaska. There are some reviews that made me skeptical on ordering, mostly screen protector being on trying to hide the scratches issue people have been having. There was no screen protector on my iPad when it showed up. There was one small area on the screen that had a tiny scuff on it, and I was kind of disappointed with that, being I ordered an excellent condition one. But it wasn’t noticeable unless I had the room light directly over the scratch and was looking for it.
My wife has the iPad pro 11″ from 2021, I was not expecting that much of a difference in screen size for 2 more inches but it feel massive after using hers for a while. Definitely stoked with the size!
Touch screen is snappy and moves quickly with every touch of my finger or Apple Pencil.
I was considering ordering the 2024-25 model iPad for the OLED screen but man are they expensive now. Glad I went with the model. All I’m gonna be doing is using Procreate and Fresco on it, maybe some YouTube.

described as refurbished – excellent condition, which means screen should not have any scratches according to the description. Upon opening the package I noticed there was a cheap plastic screen protector and once removed I saw the actual iPad screen was full of scratches. Very disappointing as it feels very deceptive and done with the intention of hoping people won’t notice

This renewed iPad Pro works flawlessly and feels just like brand new. The 12.9 inch display is stunning, performance is lightning fast, and the 1TB storage gives plenty of space for everything. Wi Fi and cellular connectivity are strong and reliable. Apple quality is evident in every detail, and I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The iPad arrived in perfect condition — looks almost new and works flawlessly. The only minor issue is a small scratch on the screen, barely noticeable.
However, the included accessories are not original and feel very cheap. I strongly recommend buying an official Apple charger and cable separately for the best experience.
Overall, great value for a refurbished iPad Pro, but don’t expect quality accessories.

Ordered a 12.9 ipad pro 1tb cellular model in excellent condition and was pretty worried after reading reviews, regretted not looking for a premium condition. It came from tech exchange and even though I didnt need cellular, it was cheaper than the 1tb wifi only version. It came via fedex in a bubble soft envelope with a plain brown box inside. The ipad was bubble wrapped in the brown box along with a short cable and a shark wall charger, 20 watts.
I first inspected the back side of the ipad and didnt see any dents or scratches, just an inventory sticker and some sticker residue. There was no screen protector on it and the screen was covered in smudges. After cleaning the screen with a microfiber cloth I discovered a small scratch about 5mm long on the edge of the screen on the bezel part of the glass. I tried to see if i could feel it with my nail and really couldnt.
The ipad was already powered on and at 3% so I knew it worked but was unsure about the battery life or if the cellular service was locked. I thought there would be a battery health percentage in the settings but thats only available in the m4 models. I was surprised to see applecare+ was on the device and still had 3 months left. After fully charging it and using it for a couple days, the battery is holding up well. Only losing about 15% per hour which i think is pretty good. I was also able to activate it on Tmobile plan, $10 for 5Gb/180 days.
Overall experience was pretty good. The small scratch didnt bother me and I had a hard time seeing it when I was looking for it after fully charging the ipad. I ended up buying a screen protector and unicorn beetle case and it covers the bezel anyway. I did add on the 2yr asurion protection to the device for $80, since my biggest fear is that it would stop working after the 90 day return window. If youre looking at the pro line up then I think renewed is a good choice and worth the gamble. If you just want an ipad and dont need the pro features or larger capacity then a new A16 base storage model maybe better.

I didn’t get brand new,but next time will b this 1 I couldn’t put insurance it’s not the best, but it works
