Update: customer service reached out and helped me solve the problem. The phone has been working since then. Updating my review to 5 stars.
I chose the “excellent condition” phone. The exterior of the phone looked brand new. However, it will not work. I tried to get the phone to update and transfer information from my old phone. It will not update at all. So you can not use it. I should’ve known better ordering a refurbished phone. Lesson learned

I’m beginning to experience a few details with my phone. The battery seems chargeable up to 86%. Oh, and when I call and the call goes to voicemail my screen goes black, it freezes until the call hangs me up. I discovered that if I tap it I can unfreeze it.
