I’ve had this phone for a month now and I’m very happy with it. My old phone barely functioned and I needed a new phone and needed to switch phone company. $$. This phone came charged and holds a charge for quite a while, I charge about every 6 days depending on usage. No scratches, and it came packed in original box and packed very well along with a new complete charger. My daughter helped us with switching phone carriers and the phone worked great for that and made it much easier. I would buy from this supplier again.
