Premium Renewed says the phone should be in premium condition, with no scratches on the screen and no signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away. This phone had screen damage down the left side and what looked like chips in the camera lens glass.

The phone came in great condition, no cosmetic damage other than some light scratches on the screen. The software functions properly, no lagging, it doesn’t seem like there is any damage internally that would affect the speed of the phone. The battery health came at 93% which is the only reason in giving it 4 stars but everything else worked great.
Upgraded from a iPhone SE 2020 so this was a great upgrade, especially for the price.

When it’s time for me to choose a refurbished phone for my sister, I coming back to this refurbisher. I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly.
About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory. You can’t see it anyway because it’s in my phone case and looks and works like a brand new phone.
