Ordered a 16 Pro Max w/256gb color titanium black: phone was exactly as described.
Only 70 charge cycles were on the phone when I received it w/100% battery life. (I have since charged it 2x)
I was worried about excessive scratches on the screen or body of the phone but I can report no issues at all!!!! Not a single scratch present on the screen. Body of the phone does show wear and tear from a previous case.
All the exterior buttons work as designed.
Set up process was seamless, as for every apple product is ( had an iCloud backup & just restored)
Phone also was delivered in heavily padded & secured packaging.
*** Delivery did require a signature as well (was delivered by FedEx) ***
Overall if you are skeptical about purchasing a renewed phone, I would not worry at all, I was pleasantly surprised.
And not bad for the price point!!!

Got it and it was practically brand new! Showed in the settings that it was activated for the first time only about 2 months ago and was only charged and used 8 times. 100% battery capacity! This phone has an amazing high quality camera, and the new side button feature is incredibly useful for one handed photo taking. It feels amazing in the hand and has amazing sound quality! It functions as if it was never used before! Everything loads so incredibly quickly, I love when I open an app and it loads almost as fast as I open it. I will always love the immediate face unlocking capabilities as soon as you turn it on. Overall a fantastic high quality durable phone!
