1. Warranty Coverage
At TechTribe, we stand behind the quality of our products. All eligible items purchased from our store come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Phones & Devices: Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Accessories (chargers, cables, cases, etc.): Covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Malfunctioning hardware.

Defective charging ports, buttons, or displays.

Accessories failing under normal usage.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, cracks, etc.).

Damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Water or liquid damage (unless the product is labeled “water-resistant”).

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
4. Warranty Claim Process

Provide clear photos or videos of the defect.

If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Once received, we will repair, replace, or refund the product (at our discretion).
5. Repair or Replacement

If the product is deemed defective within the warranty period, we will:

Repair the item at no cost, OR

Replace it with a new or equivalent model, OR

Refund the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.

6. Guarantee of Authenticity
All products sold on TechTribe are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. If you receive an item that is proven to be counterfeit, we will issue a full refund immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability

TechTribe’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of use caused by defective products.
