   I bought this phone because of its waterproof capabilities since I do a lot of filming underwater. I have 2 of these exact phones and use them underwater consistently with no issues. I bought a third one here that I could dedicate to my work and had TONS of videos that I put together. I was getting ready to film my last video, which was an underwater one. I put the top part of the phone into water to film some fish, I didn’t even submerge more than a quarter of the phone for about 15 seconds and the phone completely malfunctioned. I lost MONTHS of content in that moment. This is a massive setback for me, costing me incredible time and money for videos I can never get back. I’m devastated and furious that this refurbished version wasn’t the same quality it should have been. The screen was also scratched and you can tell they did a horrible job at gluing this phone back together because it popped off.

   I have only had the phone for a day but I am already impressed. It looks brand new, I cannot find any scratches or dents on the surface of the phone at all. Everything works perfectly. I was a little skeptical about buying a used phone that’s 3 years old but I am glad I did, it’s definitely worth the money.
   The phone is running smoothly and all features work. It arrived 4 days earlier than expected which was awesome.
   I would definitely recommend this product and this company to everyone looking for a great quality used phone.

   The phone is good — it works well, haven’t had any problems with any of the hardware or software and was incredibly paranoid buying refurbished otherwise.

   4☆ instead of 5☆ because the charging block included was broken, and it came with a bootleg s pen when even a note 8 pen wouldn’t cost them any more and is significantly higher quality, even if they aren’t adding a proper Note 10 s pen specifically. For the price at least, I think those complaints are fair.

   Absolutely love this phone, but I bought it refurbished and when it arrived and I ran a standard device check, the battery said that it was at 80% capacity and that the battery on it was poor and was in red writing : (

   Well, it was definitely right. The battery dies so fast that I can’t even use it for work like I initially bought it for. I wish I could send it in and have another one sent out : (

   Phone just arrived today and it is in absolutely mint condition – not a single mark on it. Came with Samsung charging cord / plug, the original stylus, and worked right out of the box. I did have to do a factory reset as it seemed to still be set up from testing during refurbishment but I would have done that either way so no complaint.

   Came in great condition, works well have had no issues with anything except it does say Verizon still and tells me that my Sim card is not Verizon but doesn’t seem to effect the way it runs so I’m fine with that. It was really a great deal. The battery lasts all day and the charger it came with is quick charge so that’s nice

   The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless!

   Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue… The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app.

   That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you’re out and about. But, if you’re using it on a strong fast charger it shouldn’t be draining too bad. That things an energy spender.

   A little smaller than my moto g stylus.

   But, pretty phone. Very nice, runs on Android. I adore it and the pen works nice, very user friendly to set up: easy..
