Ordered the Apple 2022 IPad Pro 6th Gen {12.9-inch, Wi-fi, 512 GB} renewed premium because I wanted Face ID. I was nervous about spending that much money on a used IPad but I am so glad I did. It was in perfect condition and Apple Support helped me several times with some apps that did not set up right. I did not realize I should not use it or my IPhone I was using to transfer information until it was completely done. That probably caused the problems but Apple was very helpful. I was really concerned about them helping me with a 2022 product that I had not even purchased from them but there was no problem.

Great iPad, connects right up to the WiFi, and any other Apple devices on your Apple ID if you want it too. Battery is long lasting with a full charge. The clarity is really good. Have all my ring cameras connected to it. The full screen videos or watching tv on it is great.

The media could not be loaded.
Took a whole month to arrive, I was really impatient lol. Had maybe 2 small signs of use, screen looks great, no issues at all. I got the 2tb. Charger it’s slow so I suggest buying an original one before hand. Great for content creation. 👍

This renew items usually only have a few scratches so it is not s big deal for the amount you are saving, but I was waiting 4 months for it to arrive… Buy at your own risk.

Extremely disappointed. It started off bad: device would not charge or turn on. I finally got it to start charging. It got to about 12%, stopped, I got it to charge to the mid 20s, it stops, and never started charging again. It came with a cord but no charging block. It didn’t matter what cord, block, or socket I used – this device would not charge. Every cord/block/socket worked with other devices.
It ridiculous that a defective refurbishment like this was put back into circulation. I should have just gotten the newest one directly from Apple. Hopefully the refund process goes much smoother.

This is an excellent product. The delivery was fast, and the packaging was of high quality. There were no scratches on the item, and the battery life is outstanding. The only downside is that they didn’t have the 1TB version available. I hope they restock it soon so I can purchase it. Overall, I’m very pleased and can confidently say it was worth the money.

So much easier to see and read than just my IPhone. Let’s me sit on my couch to catch up on emails or do training. Graphics are great, and has great storage for all my apps and files. We just bought another one for my wife. I put a cover with keyboard on it for durability, which is nice as the keyboard is detachable if I so desire. Great value for the money!
