Honestly this is a really good product. The only problem I had with this was that they gave me a 10W charging block instead of a 40W which charges the iPad at a very slow rate. At first I thought it was just at that percentage but then I realized it was just charging extremely slowly.

ipad 10/10, battery charges up to 100%, non scratch, screen good as new. Did not get original box, but generic mail box. Got new charger cable, ipad itself in a pretty good state, works perfect. I’ve had pretty good experiences on apple devices bought on refurbished by TechTribe, and I can not complain. Got my macbook, apple watch and now the iPad.

I purchased this refurbished iPad because I don’t need it for work and I don’t do a lot of work on it. I play a lot of games, check my mail, and go on Google or TikTok. This was pristine condition. I didn’t see any scratches or marks. It works very well. I’ve had no problem with it. I would definitely buy refurbished again

I’m giving it 5 stars so far! Came well packaged and looking like new! Works great so far and the battery is good too. Came with a new screen protector installed, nice touch. If I needed 2, I would not hesitate to buy another for sure! Great price and I got the 4 year warranty TechTribe offered so I should be good to go for years to come. I got the “excellent condition” and they weren’t kidding, Thanks!

Received the iPad very quickly, but the cellular data was locked to AT&T. Since I use Google Fi, which offers unlimited data eSIMs with free international data, I had to unlock it myself.
Here are the steps I took:
I went to the AT&T website and submitted an unlock request.
I confirmed the request via the email they sent me.
I checked the status using their form, which requires the IMEI and the case number they provided. The request was approved.
After unlocking, I was able to scan the QR code from the Google Fi page. While the iPad initially said “eSIM not supported,” the settings later showed it was activated with T-Mobile. I manually entered the APN settings (h2g2) and now everything works perfectly. The cellular data is lightening fast.
The iPad was a bit dirty upon arrival, but it was easy to clean.

I pad was Renewed excellent condition. The screen was like new and the body was like new. An excellent device should have at least 80% or better battery life. I tested the 1 pad I received and I found it to have 75% battery life. Apple claims 10 hours. The reality is 8 hours and the i pad I received had 6 hours. A charging cable was included but there was no charger. I would have given them 5 stars if the the battery was just a little better and a charger was included
