Great product, poor support when an issue develops. The support person I was speaking with obviously had no knowledge of the issue I was reporting and in my opinion was trying to follow some script or step by step troubleshooting guide.

Writing this review just after receiving the phone! I can confirm it is in perfect mint condition! No scratches and the screen is looking new! It came at 0% battery as you see in the picture. This made me think that the battery might be at least at 90%! To my surprise, the battery health is at 100% with only 145 cycles!! This delivers a premium quality! I have not used it much yet, but so far I am happy with my purchase! I recommend this one 100% for those looking to buy a renewed phone that seems as new! The only thing I didn’t like is the cheap quality cable that came with it! I’m not going to use of course but I would have appreciated a better quality at this price point.

Got this yesterday. Spotless, battery life at 100%. The one I got is US version with eSim only, no slot for actual physical SIM.
I am in Canada with Telus and eSim works perfectly so far, no issues.

Phone looked nearly brand new. Battery health was at 97% and screen had zero scratches. Zero issues and feels like a brand new phone and was easy to setup after charging it.
