There is a reminder in the box that says the phone does not work with certain carriers, see the photo.
I use mint mobile and it works fine.
The phone comes with a sim pin and a usb C cable, you also get a case and a charger.
The phone is latin american version but you can change the language during setup.
The sim slot can take 2 sim cards or 1 sim card and 1 micro sd card.

Part 1. Phone arrived, in beautiful condition. No factory box or literature, but does have charging cord.
Part 2. Took it to MetroPCS for activation. They are unable to unlock it. Remember, this phone is sold as “unlocked.”
Part 3. Paid 3rd party app to search my IMEI. Comes back as locked to XFINITY Mobile
Part 4. Paid $54 to 3rd party to unlock. They say up to 6 days for this.
Part 5. On hold with XFINITY, as they try to confirm the phone is eligible for unlocking. Not stolen, paid off, whatever.
Part 6. XFINITY goes on record to state phone is in Lost/Stolen status and refuses to unlock.
Part 7. Phone return initiated.

I was highly skeptical of getting a phone this way. I got the unlocked phone so I could use it with boost mobile. I started the process of getting boost mobile on this phone. They sent me the SIM card in the mail, so far so good. Meanwhile I have the phone set up to the internet so I updated the phone and all my apps ( lot of updates). no issues, after all the updates I tested them and found no issues. also, the camera works good even at night time.

Bought this phone for my older teen over 7 months ago and she loves it. The cost was reasonable so I don’t fear her destroying it so much. It does everything she needs it too and can even do her schoolwork on it. So far it is holding up very well (in a sturdy case with glass protection).

UPDATE: The moment i write a good review, the phone started getting hot and would close out all apps or lag on any prompts. I had to reset it. lol
I like this phone a lot. It’s reasonably priced and much better than my iphone 13 pro. It has features that iphone is lacking. The gallery and editing features for photos are robust. There are background erase and spot coloring. Iphone does not have these features. Quick panels for commonly used features like lcoation, networks, etc. I find myself doing multiple steps with Iphone but with this phone and android os, it’s better. I don’t need a fancy phone like the S series. This phone works for what I need which is for work and social media. I like to keep work items separate from my personal phone. This phone does that for me.

From iPhone owner perspective this item exceeds expectations far beyond I could ever imagine. Great product regardless it’s not made any type of metal parts (hard plastic) well designed just got great cover to protect it, better than its most expensive counterparts. I love it

I purchased the Samsung A35 as a used phone, in really good condition. As someone who has had Galaxy S series phones, I have to say that I have been very impressed with the A35, in the performance and value for money. Battery life and speed have been great, camera too. While it lacks wireless charging, it has so many other plus factors. One major plus is that Samsung is committed to at least 4 major software updates, to keep it up to date with any new phones.
I am not going into any detail on specs, other than to say for the price and what you get this is a great phone, that feels like a top of the line Samsung phone, but for a fraction of the cost of a S25.
As long as wireless charging is not a must have, I would definitely recommend.
