wanted to give it some time before a review. I’ve been using it about two weeks now and no. Issues. It does get warm a little fast but if you’re using a lot of apps or just on it alot that’s pretty normal in my experience with Samsung phones. There was very little marks on it. The packaging was great, definitely wrapped up to protect it throughout transit. No complaints thus far. Easy to set up, charging is pretty good. The phone was already about 60% charged when I received it. I left it alone after the set up and the battery carried on for about 3days after without charge. Charger included with phone.

Al principio no tenia seguridad en adquirir un equipo de uso o en estas condiciones, y bien ha salido el equipo. Todo funciona perfectamente, unico detalle fue el S pen, nunca quiso conectarse con el dispositivo así que tuve que adquirir aparte el repuesto.
Gran equipo y por un precio adecuado, sigan manteniendo esa calidad, espero con el tiempo haya otros equipos en las mismas condiciones para adquirir nuevamente.

I purchased this to replace my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. It seems to be performing well but I’m not 100% convinced it because the keyboard does seem to randomly pressed numbers I did not press. Maybe because I’m doing a lot of stuff like uploading pictures and apps so I will test it out for a few days. The biggest issue is the screen. It is not the same as the original Galaxy Note 10+ screen. The screen does not completely fill up and leaves round edges on the corners. Not large but enough for you to question if it actually is a Galaxy Note 10+ . I will post some comparison pictures soon. Due to that I’m only giving it four stars. The phone itself is good even though it’s from 2019. Expandable memory and good picture quality along with screen quality despite the lowered size due to not being original screen. I know the phone is refurbished but the screen should have been made or replaced to the same specs as the original.
**Update** About an hour after this review I figured out that yes the screen is different overall. I still have my previous Galaxy note 10 plus and the screen is made out of a different material than this refurbished screen. That explains the round edges and the sound the screen makes if you scratch it with your finger. It sounds different than what the original sounds like.

Tenia muchas dudas de comprar un equipo renewed por los comentarios..
Ya que me llegó puedo decir que vale la pena por el precio, aunque al comprar un teléfono así debes considerar en gastar un poco más para el cargador y jn protector porque se raya muy fácil la pantalla y la parte de atrás.
El cargador que viene incluido es de muy mala calidad. Si adquieren este producto forzosamente necesitan comprar aparte un cargador a menos que quieran cargar su teléfono en 6 horas, que es lo que me marcaba de tiempo de carga con el cargador qué te entregan.
Por lo demás el teléfono está como nuevo.
