Llevo dos semanas con el y de verdad tuve un cambio enorme de un GS10+ (128GB) a un GS22U (512GB). No he tenido errores o bajones con la pila, he tenido uno que otro sobrecalentamiento normal, pero le quitó una estrella porque el verde es muy opaco con poca luz, solo con luz intensa si se nota el verde. Cuando lo enciendo solo dice “Samsung Galaxy” sin decir “S22 Ultra”. Tuvo buena estética y no me agrado que me dieran un cargador genérico y no uno original mínimo.

Bought this because my phone died on a whim and needed a phone really bad. I love the green color and phone works like it’s supposed to. I selected ‘excellent condition’, which the phone itself is in pretty decent shape. Has little scratches on the top corners, which is not a big deal to me. The screen wasn’t scratched/cracked. The reason for the 4/5 is because the charger doesn’t work/sucks. I received the phone, turned it on and it was at 11%. Told me it would take 2 hours to charge, so I put it on the charger and came back in 2 hours. It only charged 3% -so at 14% in total. Luckily my charger for my old phone was the same and worked fine. Also has some white powder residue stuck under the screen alongside the top and right side of the screen. Other than those 2 little slights, phone works great!

Full disclaimer, I have only just opened the packaging (which was packaged very nice, bubble wrap envelope for the device itself and then a piece of with larger style bubbles bubble wrap, included was the phone, brand new charger/cord) sealed with a piece of tape around the entire box. I have only taken a look at the device so far and won’t be using it until my case comes tomorrow but it is in excellent condition!! There is one tiny small scratch by the charging port, it is of no concern whatsoever and at the back around the cameras there is some light scuffs again nothing that concerns me at all. I did test my sim card as I do have a provider that has caused issues when switching devices in the past. This was not the issue and worked perfectly! I have not went and looked to make sure that the device has been tampered with but I will do that tomorrow after I put my screen protector and case on the device. I don’t think there will be any issues and if I don’t come back on here then everything is perfect and I am more than pleased with this purchase from these guys! Thanks for being honest and legitimate! I will buy again in a heart beat from these guys!

Phone is exactly as described. 512 gigs of memory. 12 gigs of ram. Works well when editing videos. Phone was in perfect condition, except for one minor scratch on the corner. Glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. I’ve always bought refurbished phones. Never had a problem.

Great phone, but the battery was LOOSE inside, and not an OEM battery. I appreciate the new battery, but whoever did the refurbish didn’t use the double-sided tape to secure it! Bouncing around loose eventually damaged the circuit board on the battery and the phone would not turn on. Diagnosing and repairing it was $106, for a new battery, installed PROPERLY.
